PAUL DANIEL MICALLEF
FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL
Paul Daniel Micallef has been working in the field of lifelong learning, organisational development, executive coaching and mentoring, consultancy, and psychology at work for more than 30 years. He has a special interest in leadership capacity building based on increased resilience, enhanced competence, and a strength-based approach. Positive Psychology and multiple intelligences shape his thinking. He enjoys bringing leaders together given the particular loneliness which often comes with being a senior executive.

MIREILLE PELLEGRINI PETIT
ASSOCIATE
Mireille Pellegrini Petit is a Positive Psychology coach and trainer who is passionate about developing a new ilk of positive, strengths-focused leaders, high performing teams and positive workplace cultures. She possesses a combined Masters degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and has 30 years of experience working across a range of sectors. Mireille has a mission to "humanize" workplaces, by helping leaders prioritize the wellbeing of their workforce and empowering them to build "cultures of care", where employees can thrive and flourish. She possesses expertise in Appreciative Inquiry, a change management approach that helps organizations optimize performance at all levels and create positive, sustainable changes.

MARIO CASSAR
ASSOCIATE
Mario Cassar supports leaders and their teams in building their leadership capacity through executive and team coaching and leadership development programmes, building on his C-Suite experience of more than 20 years leading companies in various sectors. A certified executive and team coach, Mario is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner and by Belbin Associates. He has been accepted as a Fellow at the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK). His approach to coaching is holistic, focusing on the person rather than just the problem and believes that leadership resides in everyone.

DOLORES GAUCI
ASSOCIATE
Dolores Gauci has over thirty years experience in leadership and management, primarily in the public and not for profit sectors, both locally and at a European level. Furthermore, she also has extensive experience in leadership and management development and training as well executive coaching and mentoring in the private, public and not for profit sectors.
Due to her passion for well being at the workplace, Dolores has a special interest in leadership development and effective performance, both of which contribute to healthy workplaces. She employs a strengths-based/growth mindset approach supporting executive clients to focus on identifying and enhancing their strengths to increase their success.
Dolores is passionate about developing a new type of positive leadership that empowers leaders to bring out the best in themselves and others so as to create high performing teams and a positive engaging workplace culture.

MATTHEW CASTILLO
ASSOCIATE
Matthew is an experienced business advisor with strong multi-industry experience specialising in Management Consultancy, Business Development, Research and Project Management. Having been worked Senior Consultant for a leading boutique advisory firm and later a Senior Manager with a leading international Advisory firm, Matthew has developed wide ranging experience in the consultancy field by working alongside numerous clients hailing from different industries. Matthew has a passion for learning and analysing different industries and such interest has enabled him to keep abreast with developments in numerous industries and developed particular specialisation in Healthcare, Pharma, IT, iGaming, Education and Automotive. He is also a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Marketing at the University of Malta, where he teaches Marketing Research techniques to marketing undergraduate students. Matthew has completed his postgraduate studies in Scotland where he developed a number of international links both in education and other fields, through which he has been able to develop and lead numerous international projects involving partners from across the world. Outside of work Matthew enjoys travelling to exotic locations and exploring new cultures, reading and diving.
